My wife and I visited the clinic for 10 days in July last year.
The treatment that my wife received was very professional and so very friendly. I have no negatives about Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine. All the medical staff from nurses to doctors gave the utmost professional care.
From our pick up from the airport by one of the nicest guys I have ever met and am now pleased to call a friend, Diego made us feel at ease from the start. He’s very informative about all the procedures and he’s always there to check up on how you’re going. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and comfortable.
Caesar is also one of the most helpful and informative members of the staff. He also would go would go above and beyond to help you in any way he could. He has also become a friend.
I can’t wait to come back and have a catch up.

I had stem cell injections in both my knees a week ago. The clinic itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff who attended to me from consultation to injection day (Diego, Lorena, Dr. Manuel Rosas and the 2 nurses) were informative, professional, attentive and very caring. I was shown cells, plasma, etc beforehand and every procedure explained in detail prior to Dr. Rosas carrying them out. The aftercare texts on whatsapp have been fabulous and have put my mind at ease as to what to expect and when. Every question before my treatment and after has been answered promptly and truthfully. I would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking stem cell therapy as an alternative to surgery. Working with Diego Hernandez, as well as the team of medical providers and support staff made some of the challenges of our trip so much easier than it could’ve been. Prior to Diego meeting us, he was 110% vested in our best outcome. There were several challenges along the way with travel setback’s, including the recent earthquake that hit PV the day we arrived. They were never unwavering in their support and accommodations of services they provided to us. I am a young 61 1/2 year-old who has been battling chronic pain and PTSD for decades, as well as in need of Bi-lateral knee replacements.
The compassion and support provided to myself and family while we were there receiving treatment was very appreciated. I felt like we were in the company of longtime friends. Diego went above and beyond in any way he could to make certain that we received all of our services as seamlessly as possible.
I am pleased with the outcomes so far, though I did not expect some of the very noticeable improvements with regard to my brain healing after having had multiple viruses this past year and traumatic events. Diego was instrumental in helping me select, the treatment that would be best suited for my complex medical history which was pretty lengthy. He was very patient in reading through, and sensitive coordinating with the physicians for my best interest.
I have recommended this Team &  facility to several other patients in the US.
I am now hopeful as I’m looking forward to the future benefits Diego helped me select for my treatment. In the process Diego has become a valued friend. I am so grateful and blessed to be feeling relief after decades of Chronic Pain, PTSD, arthritis and compromised immune system as I’m seeing and documenting my improvements over the past eight weeks.

This clinic surpassed all my hopes, dreams and expectations. All the staff were happy relaxed and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
Diego, who was my first contact with immunotherapy regenerative medicine, not only delivered everything and more that was quoted by the facility, but picked me up from the airport, checked on me daily, explained daily treatments, scheduled all my treatments and provided me with his personal number for 24 hour support. He is completely trustworthy and genuine and will give you an honest prognosis.
Cesar, one of the drivers and another patient intermediary was also always happy and helpful and great at explaining procedures and after care. Again, nothing was ever too much trouble.
Dr. Romeo, founder and owner of the clinic, is one of the most knowledgeable men in the field of stems cells. He works tirelessly to find the protocol that is going to have the best results for your condition. His laboratory makes its own stem cells and I believe has one of the highest concentration of living stem cells of any treatment available in the world.
The other doctors, personally trained by Romeos were also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
The nurses were so kind, gentle and caring and they could all put in an IV first go!!! A little pinch but never a bruise.
The clinic also offers many other treatments. Beauty treatments, dental, plastic surgery, clinics and many others. I was very happy with my dental visit with the lovely and incredibly gentle Dr Rojas, had an ozone colonic which was awesome and prp and stem cell facial infusion from which I saw immediate anti aging results.
I will definitely be back again in the future, not to mention that Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful holiday destination with loads of great tourist sites to be experienced. And the clinic is located at the beautiful Marina.
