Advanced Regenerative Women's Health Care Using PRP-B and Stem Cell–Based Therapies

Women’s intimate health is an important part of overall wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life. Hormonal changes, childbirth, aging, menopause, and other life transitions can affect vaginal comfort, moisture, sensitivity, and sexual wellness. At Immunotherapy Regenerative Medicine, we offer personalized regenerative medicine approaches designed to support feminine wellness through physician-guided protocols tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Conditions Commonly Addressed Through Vaginal Rejuvenation Treatment

Our vaginal rejuvenation treatment protocols are designed to support women’s intimate health, comfort, and overall wellbeing through personalized, physician-guided regenerative medicine approaches. Many women seek evaluation due to age-related changes, hormonal transitions, menopause, childbirth, or symptoms that affect confidence, intimacy, and quality of life.

Vaginal Dryness & Intimate Discomfort

Hormonal changes associated with menopause, medications, or other health factors may affect vaginal moisture and comfort. Personalized regenerative approaches may help support tissue health and overall intimate wellbeing.

Changes in Sensitivity & Intimate Wellness

Some women experience changes in sensation, responsiveness, or overall sexual wellness over time. Our evaluation process focuses on understanding individual concerns and discussing appropriate treatment options such as PRP and stem cell therapy.

Vaginal Laxity & Tissue Changes

Pregnancy, childbirth, aging, and hormonal fluctuations can influence tissue quality and support structures. Regenerative aesthetic gynecology approaches may be considered as part of a personalized wellness plan.

Mild Urinary Leakage & Pelvic Support Concerns

Certain patients seek evaluation for mild urinary symptoms or changes in pelvic support that may affect daily comfort and confidence.

Post-Menopause & Postpartum Wellness Support

Many women explore vaginal rejuvenation treatment after menopause or childbirth to address changes in comfort, tissue health, and overall intimate wellness.

How Our Feminine Rejuvenation Treatments Work

Our approach combines regenerative medicine and advanced aesthetic gynecology within a personalized, physician-guided treatment plan. Every protocol is tailored to the patient’s symptoms, health history, hormonal status, and wellness goals, utilizing minimally invasive techniques designed to support intimate health, comfort, and overall feminine wellbeing.

Step 1 - Comprehensive Women's Health Evaluation

Every treatment begins with a detailed medical assessment to better understand your concerns, symptoms, hormonal health, and treatment objectives. This evaluation helps determine the most appropriate regenerative approach for your individual needs.

Depending on the patient’s condition and treatment plan, regenerative therapies may be incorporated as part of a comprehensive strategy focused on supporting tissue health, intimate wellness, and overall quality of life.

Plasma Rich in Bioactive Proteins (PRP-B) often referred to as the “O-Shot” or “V-Shot”, obtained from a small sample of the patient’s own blood, may be utilized in targeted treatment areas as part of personalized protocols designed to support tissue health and feminine wellness.

Fractional CO₂ laser technology may be integrated into the treatment plan to support vaginal tissue health and overall intimate wellness through a non-surgical approach tailored to the patient’s clinical profile.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Feminine Rejuvenation Treatments

It’s a non-surgical treatment that combines mesenchymal stem cells, Plasma Rich in Bioactive Proteins (PRP-B), and fractional CO₂ laser therapy to restore elasticity, hydration, and sensitivity in the vaginal area. These regenerative therapies promote cellular repair and improve tissue quality.

Women experiencing vaginal dryness, loss of elasticity, discomfort during intimacy, urinary incontinence, or decreased sexual sensitivity due to aging, menopause, or childbirth may benefit from this therapy.

The protocol includes local application of PRP and/or stem cells, followed by a fractional CO₂ laser session. These elements stimulate collagen production, improve blood flow, and support tissue regeneration in the vaginal canal and vulvar region.

Most patients describe only mild discomfort. The procedure is minimally invasive and well-tolerated, requiring no general anesthesia. A topical anesthetic is usually applied.

Benefits may include improved lubrication, enhanced sensitivity, increased tightness, better sexual satisfaction, and reduced urinary urgency or leakage. Results vary by individual, but many patients notice improvements within a few weeks.

The entire session typically lasts 60–90 minutes. Some women opt for a series of 2–3 treatments spaced a few weeks apart for optimal results.

Results may last 12–24 months, depending on individual factors such as age, hormonal status, and lifestyle. Periodic maintenance sessions may help prolong the effects.

Yes. We use autologous PRP and certified, ethically sourced stem cells under strict medical supervision. The CO₂ laser used is FDA-cleared for gynecological rejuvenation.

While the O-Shot® and V-Shot™ use PRP alone, our approach combines PRP with stem cells and fractional laser for a deeper, more comprehensive rejuvenation effect.
